Message #3: Feeling off doesn’t mean you’re off-track.

Hiya ,

Let’s normalize this: you can feel wobbly and still be deeply in alignment.

Growth doesn’t always feel like a high-vibe glow-up. Sometimes it feels like confusion. Like resistance. Like “WTF am I even doing?”

And that doesn’t mean you’re off-track. It just means you’re in between versions of yourself.

✨ You’re shedding old thoughts, patterns, and ways of being — but you maybe haven’t fully landed in the new ones yet.

And the space you're experiencing between who you were and who you’re becoming? 

Yeah, it totally feels weird at first. Until you recognize how incredible it truly is. 

In this space, your nervous system is recalibrating. Your mind is catching up with what you truly desire and who you truly want to be in this one life you’ve got. You’re learning how to hold more self-trust than you ever have before. Your body is getting used to this new version of you!!

(And though it feels wobbly, and yes, totally at times scary - it’s all so very exciting!!!)

So if you feel off today, remember it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It might actually mean you’re right where you’re meant to be.

You don’t need to jump to fix it. You don’t need to get rid of it. 

You just need to stay with yourself as you are little longer.

Remind yourself, this is just the process of releasing past patterns, so you can open yourself up to the person you want to be 🤍

Try this this week:

  • Let “off” be okay. Give it space instead of resisting it.

  • Write down 3 things that prove you are growing, even if you feel stuck.

  • Ask yourself: “What am I learning about myself in this in-between space?”

  • Do 1 small thing each day (that you have the capacity for, let’s not overload the nervous system here) that is representative of the future you you’re becoming.
