Message #12: Burnout isn’t a badge of honor — it’s a boundary issue.
Hiya ,
If your schedule is packed, your brain is tired, and your body feels tight — it might be time for a reset.
Burnout isn’t just physical. It’s emotional. It’s energetic. It’s what happens when you keep saying yes at the expense of your own well-being — sometimes out of love, sometimes out of fear, sometimes out of habit.
But here’s what I want you to remember:
✨You don’t have to be available to everyone all the time.
✨You don’t have to over-give to prove you’re worthy.
✨You don’t have to hit a wall to finally choose rest.
Sometimes what looks like productivity is actually just people-pleasing in disguise.
And if you feel like you’re hitting a wall - it’s likely your nervous system BEGGIN’ with you for something different.
You’re allowed to create boundaries that protect your energy without guilt. That’s not selfish — that’s what makes success and all the amazing things that you give sustainable 🤍
Try this this week:
Check in: Where am I saying yes when I really need a pause?
Practice setting one clear boundary — even if it’s small.
Block off one pocket of time this week just for yourself (and honor it).
Repeat to yourself: “I can care deeply and still honor my limits.”
